We stock Sandalwood Amyris essential oil as opposed to Sandalwood. It differs slightly from East Indian Sandalwood and does not possess it’s characteristic scent however is does have a range of therapeutic properties. It’s a great option to use in Aromatherapy as it is an ethical substitute as there are nowhere near the environmental costs (and also high price) of the East Indian Sandalwood.

The oil is also often used in perfumery and fragrances as it has a lingering base note. Sandalwood oil is often a popular choice for using in oil burners during times of meditation, peacefulness and calm.
