DELIVERY OPTIONS
Currently, we only ship within the Republic of Cyprus and we use ACS Couriers for shipping. Your order will be delivered to the ACS store nearest to your address. If you would prefer a different method of delivery e.g home delivery from ACS, traditional postal delivery via the Post Office or a different courier such as Akis Express this could be arranged. Please send us a message to info@aromaofeden.com BEFORE placing your order.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days from when we receive your order.
We do try to send orders out as quickly as possible. If there are any unforeseen delays or an item is out of stock unexpectedly we will notify you via email or telephone.
You should receive an email confirmation shortly after placing an order and also an email when your order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders under €50
If you pay online using a debit/credit card, the delivery charge is €3.50 to your nearest ACS store for pick-up.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, the delivery charge is €5.00 to your nearest ACS store for pick up.
Orders of €50 and above
Delivery charge is FREE to your nearest ACS store for pick-up.
PAYMENTS
We accept online payment from all major credit/debit cards. Paypal payment can be arranged, please send us a message before you complete your order.
Or you can choose Cash on Delivery and pay for your items when collecting them from your nearest ACS store.
Bank transfer can be arranged if required, please contact us. We do not accept cheques.
