If you send us an email or visit our online shop, this is considered as communicating with us electronically. Therefore you agree to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail where required. You agree that all notices, agreements and any other type of communications that we use electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We try to be as accurate as we can be with regards to the description and details of the products that are on our website. That said, Aroma of Eden will not be held responsible if the features or characteristics with regards to items sold through our online shop is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date.
ESSENTIAL OIL BOTTLES
With our 10ml bottles of essential oils, the filling level to achieve 10ml volume is at the shoulder level of the bottle. That is at the point of the bottle before it begins to curve inwards to start the neck of the bottle. Some of our bottles of oils are overfilled on the production line and the level of oil will be up within the neck of the bottle. This means you will be getting a small amount of oil over and above the 10ml you have paid for :-). Therefore please do not be alarmed if you receive a bottle where the fill level is lower than another bottle. All bottles should contain a minumum of 10ml. Some may have a little more!
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Aroma of Eden will allow you a limited license to access and have personal use of this online store. You must not download (except required caching of the page) or modify anything unless you have written consent from Aroma of Eden.
The license we grant you does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or the contents within. You may not use our Aroma of Eden logo or any other variations of it without our permission.
YOUR ACCOUNT
When you use our online shop, you are responsible for maintaining your account and password. You agree that you will accept responsibility for and and all activities that take place using your account or password.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should not use our website unless you have supervision from a parent or guardian. Aroma of Eden reserves the right to refuse service, deactivate and close accounts or cancel orders at their discretion.
SHIPPING
Currently we only offer delivery in the Republic of Cyprus. We use ACS Couriers for delivery.
PAYMENT
We accept payment on our website via Paypal, credit/debit cards or you can opt for Cash on Delivery with ACS Couriers.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. NB: All non-faulty items you want to return must be completely unused, in perfect condition and where appropriate the anti-tamper lid must be in situ. The product must be returned in a resaleable condition – as new.
If you need to return an item you have purchased from our website, please e-mail us at info@aromaofeden.com with your details and wait for a reply before sending your goods back to us. You, the user, will bear the cost of shipping the item/s back to us.
